Balfe Property Investments Ltd was incorporated in 2015 and is part of the T Balfe Limited Group of companies which has been involved in healthcare developments and supported housing schemes since 1987 although it first started trading in 1949

Balfe Property Investments Ltd is operated by the third generation of the Balfe family and the newly incorporated company BPI-ltd is under the control of Sarah Balfe the daughter of David Balfe the chairman of T Balfe Construction Ltd

Sarah Balfe has been involved with the T Balfe group of companies over the past 17 years and has been pivotal in the sales and developments of many of the company's ancillary sites some of which are shown within our gallery

BPI works in partnership as stakeholders with Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) local Authorities (LA) Housing associations with Registered Provider (RP) status and Care Providers (CP)

We provide bespoke supported living properties to the stakeholders to enable them to provide accommodation for vulnerable adults to live in the community with care provision providing value for money and cost effective accommodation
